Pitchers will be permitted to finish the batter if his or her maximum pitch limit has been reached for that calendar day.
A pitcher who is removed from the mount during a game shall not be permitted to return to pitch in the same game, even if pitcher is retained in the game at another position.

All teams are required to email the pitch counts for each game played to Rachel Anderson, league Secretary, by Sunday of each week to allow for tracking of number of pitches thrown by each pitcher.
